STANDARD APPROACH

Dr. Allison uses a posterior hip incision as a standard approach. This is considered an anatomic approach because no major muscles are taken off in order to reach the hip. Dr. Allison is using this approach in larger patients who are not candidates for the smaller approaches. It is a time honored and reliable approach which gives dependable outcomes.
